Q) Is this cosmetic original?

A) our whole quantity of cosmetic product are genuine. We've been in business for 10 years and we can't keep on our business without credibility and good reputation which means we cannot get any fake goods. Please put trust on us, we are always getting its goods immediately from its manufacturer as well.

 

Q) It seems my product exceed the expiration date.

A) We never get supplied items that have been expired. We always check the date of manufacture and sell the product to our customers. So you don't need to worry about it.

 

 

 

ORDER

 

Q) I can't progress my order.

A) If there is any item which appears "out of stock", "discontinued" or "not published" , you need to remove it to proceed your order.

 

Q) My order is still 'Stand by'

A) The status "Stand by" is the next step of  "Paid" after "Waiting Payment" and it means stand by for shipment. We do endeavour to ensure all deliveries are made within the timescales stated which is 3~7 days from the payment, however from time to time there can be unexpected delays during collecting rare and popular items which are beyond our control. We will always try to resolve any problems for customers. If any particular item is found as a cause of more delay, we will let customer know.

 

Q) Can I add more products after I receive my order number?

A) We are sorry to inform this, but basically It's not available to add more product after you create your order number.

 

Q) What is membership discount?

A) We offer discount benefit to our Customers with 'TK membership'. In case of join as our website member, you can be 'TK membership' and get up to 20% discount

* Discounted brand could be changed according to situation.

* Some products of brand are not included.

 

 

 

PAYMENT

 

Q) What payment methods do you accept?

A) The payment methods in our website are 'Paypal,VISA,Master,JCB,Tenpay,Qiwi,Sofort,iDeal,Alipay,Unionpay'. You can choose upper payment method for your order.

 

Q) How can I use 'My Money'?

A) You will see a blue box on "Payment Method' page where you can check to use My Money point when you place an order.

 

 

 

SHIPPING

 

Q) What kind of delivery methods do you provide?

A) We provide EMS, DHL, K-Packet, Air Parcel, Rincos and Delivering period are different depend on delivery method. But unfortunately DHL don't provide delivery service on Russia now. We will announce again when DHL service is available.

 

Q) I've completed my order but I'd like to change delivery method.

A) You can change shipping method, but you need to pay for gap of shipping charge. Please ask through 1:1 Q&A. Then they will let you know how to progress.

 

Q) When will my ordered parcel be departed?

A) Our shipping term is 5~7 working days(exclude shipping period, in business day) from payment confirmed. In case of any problem in collecting your products, we will notify you.

 

Q) Where can I check my tracking number?

A) You can check your tracking number refer to following way.

Q) When can I receive my parcel usually?

A) Delivery period  is 2~10 weeks by Registered Air mail

                        1~3 weeks by Air Parcel

                        3~7 days by EMS

                        3~7 days by DHL

Its shipping term could be varied depending on unexpected circumstances.

 

Q) Is it possible two of the order be together one packing?

A) We are sorry. Due to the limit of our working system, it is not possible to combine different orders in one box.

 

Q) I'd like to add more product in previous order.

A) Please accept our apology first. Due to the limit of our working system, it is not possible to combine different orders in one box. But, if we may, we'd like to suggest to cancel the order and place a new order with all items which you need.

 

Q) I'd like to change destination address.

A) Of course, we can do that for you. If you send an message through 1:1 Q&A, we will change it rapidly.

 

Q) I'm living in BELARUS but why my parcel is in Russia now?

A) Parcels to BELARUS(Ukraine, Kazakhstan) take a route via Russia. So that's why your parcel should be in Russia. Since it has the different destination country and zip code at the tracking status. you don't need to worry about that.

 

Q) I live in Belarus but I've not received my parcel yet. what happen?

A) Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine of EMS, KP, CP parcel which deliver via Russia may be delayed by the problem between area. Especially, Parcel going to Belarus has been delayed frequently. so we hope related customer consider this fact properly. If related country's customer choose DHL service, It will be arrive your country within 3~7 days but a clearance fee could be happen.

 

 

 

CANCEL

 

Q) Please explain the process of Eximbay is refunded.

A) The refund via Eximbay is made by canceling your original payment and charge again excluding the refunded amount from your credit card. We've learnt that it sometimes take up to a couple of days depending on credit card system or etc.

 

Q) I'd like to exchange my products that I received.

A) To replace items that you ordered and received, you need to return us the item first and we can send you the replacement after we confirm its intact arrival. Also you will be charged all the shipping fees. If you still want to replace an item, please let us know to assist you.

 

Q) What is the Eximbay refund progress?

A) The refund via Eximbay is made by canceling your original payment and charge again excluding the refunded amount from your credit card. We've learnt that it sometimes take up to a couple of days depending on credit card system or etc.

 

Q) If my product be out of stock, What's the progress about refund?

A) If out of stock problem happens, TesterKorea customer team will send an e-mail to customer as soon as possible. However after sending e-mail, If customer's reply didn't arrive during 30 days, we will refund to 'My Money' and send parcel to customer.
