NEW Shipping method to Russia : CDEK (delivery period : 1~2 week)

If you choose CDEK, you should give us ‘Passport Number’. 

The parcel go to the customers address directly.

  - UKLANE : Shipping Available

  - Russia : Delivery re-stared from March & Open by 9Kg for each parcel

       **Russian Customs could request to submit personal information to each customer.

          This is based on Russian regulation, so Testerkorea cannot be guaranteed refund

          when  the problem(shipback to KOREA) occurred. Testerkorea can make a shipment once

          again if the customer pay the additional charge for re-ship.

#When making an order

You can see the weight for each items in shopping page.

When you made your cart, you could find the Shipment Carrier (one or more) and their shipping price.
Select the Carrier as you wish and then the page goes for payment.

*Must check your current address/phone number/email with your registered information.

If the parcel cannot reach because of this issue, Testerkorea do not have any responsibility to the

parcel.

*Payment: Please check [Payment &  Error] if you have any problem on payment with credit card.

#After payment,

Please check your order status in our site once again.

Sometimes, there is transaction error from PG company to our site.

If there is any problem, please remain CS message on [1:1 Q&A]

The lead time is 3~7 working days after we got an order(payment), making parcel and make reservation to the Carrier.

(You could see preparation period at each item pages)

The tracking number will be uploaded when we made reservation.

It means, you can start to track your parcel after 1~2 days(depends on the shipping company it takes around 2~4days) .

Because the actual pick up will be done by the shipping company after reservation date.

Choosing a Shipping Method

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Shipping Method page during the checkout

process. TESTERKOREA offer various shipping methods as follows: all the parcels from Korea.

#CDEK : If you choose CDEK, you should give us ‘Passport Number’.

#BRAZIL : CPF number must be on your information for making shipment

TesterKorea takes responsibility for the shipments of orders.

If you have problems in delivery, please inform us with 1:1 Q&A at MY-PAGE.

We will quickly take an action to resolve it.

 When you make CS message

a. select your order number (or Common issue if you don’t have order)

b. select Question type

c. make you message

  => If there is no order number and question type, the reply could be took bit longer time.

Customs duty is the recipient’s responsibility.

Please note that your parcel may be subjected to the customs of your country when it arrived in.

That customs duty(Tax) is the recipient’s responsibility.

If the parcel cannot reach because of this issue, Testerkorea do not have any responsibility to the

parcel. (No refund. If the customer would like to get the parcel once again, the customer should pay all

related fees.
